Brain researchers have discovered that when we consciously develop new habits, we create parallel synaptic paths, and even entirely new brain cells, that can encourage a way to innovation.
This is the kind of article I read, nodding my head and thinking yes, yes, of course, I knew that, that's true, that's absolutely right.
Then I forget all about it until the next time I read something just like it again in a couple of months. Or years.
At which time I enthusiastically agree all over again.
